Luis is a 13 year old Bronx kid living on an island institution for troubled teens. Moe is the local boat mechanic who becomes his mentor. When Luis takes a frightening measure of revenge on the boys bullying him, Moe must do what he thinks is right to protect the boy and keep him from hurting others.
